Having lived here for over a decade, I have a really good relationship with the property owner. M and I are a 40+ household. We are wicked chill, just want to find someone to co exist! The room. It has three windows, along with its own private entry. New locks and professionally cleaned carpet.It does not have any closets, but personally, I’d rather the windows and entry. Month to month lease. 45 day notice (when possible, I understand life happens and 30 day is good) If you happen to need something I might have it. I have an actual tube TV that weighs about 400lbs. After all we will be living together. ✨️ I tend to clean as I go. I’d rather do what needs to be done.Just be considerate with common spaces. Utilities run between $90/130, electric, gas and wifi. Quiet neighborhood and the house is split into 4 separate units, so no parties or loud gatherings after 10p.
