Zahra Has a House for Rent

Located in the beautiful Palazzo in Shadow Hills community in Indio, CA. Home is near attractions such as the Living Desert zoo, Palm Springs Tram, Indian Palm Canyon, Shields Date Garden, as well as the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals. Home has a large backyard with a pool with fountains and a spa with a waterfall as well as a gas fire pit. The studio casita has its own entrance from the backyard (which may be reached through the side gate). The casita has a sofa bed that converts into a queen-sized bed, toaster oven, hot plate, microwave, new fridge and new Smart TV. If cooking requires bigger appliances, access to main house kitchen can be arranged. The casita also has its own bathroom. The host family lives in the main house. We are a family of 6 with our eldest now off away at college. The family has a long history of hosting. We have a Standard Poodle named Balto and 3 cats (Asher, Mochi & Siva). The cats primarily stay in the main house and Balto goes between inside and outside. We look forward to hosting you!
