There is a spacious backyard & garden which you can share with us. The house is away from the main road, so it's comfortable to live in. Only 1km away from Semiahmoo Secondary school & H.T Thrift Elementary. Within walking distance to Bayridge Elementary school. Within 5mins drive to nearby famous tourist attraction White Rock Pier. There are a huge selections of sporting facilities nearby, including several open-to-public soccer field, ice arena, & bike parks. We are looking forward to hosting a female student.
