Very nice furnished bedroom and home to share on a temporary or short-term basis. Great for someone transitioning, moving, or new to town needing a place to stay while looking for something permanent. Full kitchen, bathroom, living room upstairs. Laundry, bedroom, wet bar, luxury bathroom w/ sauna, living room in the basement. Garage space can be made available for an additional fee. Cute and cozy backyard. I'm female and keep my home clean, organized, and eco-friendly. I have a cat and a small dog. All utilities, laundry, wifi, and full cable package with streaming logins included TVs in all rooms. Some storage is available if needed. I'm centrally located near downtown and the Premier Center and Sanford Hospital. I am interested in finding the right person who is respectful and considerate rather than just anyone to fill the room. No children, and only 1 individual please. Will consider dog/cat.
