Private Room for rent in a 4 bedroom, 2story pool home. Room is downstairs close to the entrance of the garage for easy in and out access. Room has a 50“ TV mounted to the wall. The room comes with a lamp and has LED lights on the ceiling. The room is currently empty, except for TV, Drawers and lamp. The room is right next to the shared bathroom. You will have access to the Kitchen, Laundry room, Pool/Jacuzzi and Air Hockey Table. Parking is always available in front of the house. Room for rent includes High Speed Internet Wifi with an Ethernet cable(900 Mbps), Dish cable with DVR and movie channels. We will provide you with a mini fridge. All utilities are paid for by us. We have Central air & heat. The house stays nice and cool in the summer. The house is on a quiet Cul de sac neighborhood. Near Mountain and Chino Ave. NO KIDS (living with or visiting), NO COUPLES and NO ANIMALS. WE ONLY ACCEPT WOMEN. About the roomies Me and my Husband live here with our 14 year old son and 21 year old niece. We both work from home and our son does online school. We have 2 service dogs who are very well behaved, never barks unless needed to, and sleeps all the time lol, so we are please asking that you don’t have ANY pet of any kind. We aren’t loud, obnoxious, party people. We like to watch TV, listen to music and cook yummy food. We are cannibis friendly. Please TEXT (don’t call) me for any questions.
