Downstairs in-law suite with ½ bath laundry, and private enterance available. Full bath shared with hosts is upstairs. No pets currently in home - small dogs welcome. Fully fenced in back yard. We are an active family of three with baby born 11/2014. Wife is fluent in spanish (lived in Costa Rica for a while). Rides to and from airport / train station may be possible.
