Jesse Has a House for Rent

Looking for a couple to move into the primary room on February 1st 2024 in North Highlands in Madison Manor. Would like to find a couple that is open to splitting the rent three ways ($445 per person) water included, deposit is $1000 & pet deposit is $250, application fee is $35 must have good credit 650 or higher. This does go through a property management. I am not the owner and definitely not affiliated in anyways with the property management! (Leu real estate) - LGBTQIA+ friendly household - Primary room has its own bathroom and shower - Large backyard - Decent size kitchen - garage with washer and dryer - fireplace - Pet negotiable (I have one cat, but ok with someone with another pet if it's a good fit) - somewhat furnished place ( couch, chair with ottoman, dining room table, and chairs) - Quiet neighborhood, but close to the freeway I have been living at this place since the summer of 2020, I have gone through a few roommates since and always had positive interactions. Preferably not looking for a couple into the party scene. Rent is month to month but I would prefer someone that would want to live here at least 6 months- year minimum. A little about me..I am a male 34 years old, I work with my dad's landscaping company, I enjoy watching movies, painting, playing guitar, working out, hanging with friends and playing board games occasionally, I'll cook once in a while, and I have an 11 year old cat If you think you are a good fit and interested go ahead and hmu on here!
