The spectrum center is a 5 minute drive where you can find the best of fashion,retail, target/nordstrom/sephora’s, apple store, regal movie theater, fine-dining restaurants and books/gift shops/barnes & noble, pet shops/salons available. This lease will be till April 2024 initially (renewable) and the common areas will be the kitchen and the living room. I am looking for a working professional who is someone mature and can stay clean and not be a disturbance. Rent includes access to the shared kitchen/ living /dining/ master bed & bath /patio/parking/swimming pool/jacuzzi/gym/yoga room/pet parks/lounges/cafe & market. I would be running a background check on you if you are interested and also signing a contract with you.
