Shaun Has a Room for Rent

Hey all! We are Shaun & Britney, we are an engaged interracial couple living in Dahlonega, GA. We have a three bedrooms/2 bathrooms manufactured home(double wide) that sits on about close to 3 acres of land in a secluded quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees. We are pretty easy going, laid back people who both work full time jobs. Shaun works in construction and I work in accounting from home. We are very clean people and like our home to stay that way. I (Britney) have a bit of OCD and I like things to stay in order, but not in an annoying way lol so we definitely prefer someone who is clean. We do have a 7 year old daughter Sage that may sometimes be there on the weekends. We are simple, stick to each other, not nosey but intuitive when we are opening our home to whomever and we definitely know how to have a good time and have fun every now and then. Just want to find trustworthy honest good people that we vibe well with and can make payments on time. We do have some other house rules that we can go over with whoever we decide once we get to that point.
