Our home is located in an upscale safe neighborhood called Sullivan Heights. We are a down to earth, easy going couple with a small adorable pug. We are recent empty nesters so we have plenty of space to share. We like going to the beaches whenever weather is permitting or hanging out by the pond in the backyard garden. We really enjoy hosting international students and are close to Kwantlen and SFU. We have 2 student guest rooms (female only-Room1/Room2) in our Main Shared Living Area and another room (Room3) located at walk out basement level for couples that has its own entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom, washer/dryer and IS NOT shared with the main living area...perfect for a short term couples retreat. Also perfect for mid-term stays and professionals, our private suite provides all the comforts of home with convenience of a prime location. GUEST ACCESS Bedroom 1 & 2 only: *Shared Kitchen with Dine In Area *Shared Laundry: Washer/Dryer *Dedicated Guest Bathroom: includes Towels, hand soap, toiletries, cleaning supplies.
