Our home is located in an upscale safe neighborhood called Sullivan Heights. We are a down to earth, easy going couple with a small adorable pug. We are recent empty nesters so we have plenty of space to share. We like going to the beaches whenever weather is permitting or hanging out by the pond in the backyard garden. We really enjoy hosting international students and are close to Kwantlen and SFU. We have 2 student guest rooms (female only) in our Main Shared Living Area. For a short term couples retreat..... we have a completely private entrance Garden Suite located on the lower level. The Garden suite IS NOT part of our shared Living Area and has its own private kitchen, living groom, bathroom washer and dryer. Student Spacious Bedroom 2 (150sqFt-Queen Bed) is North Facing with Beautiful Mountain Garden View +Walk-In closet, Mini Fridge, Mini Microwave, 43" Smart TV, Wifi, Desk, Min Dresser, Hangers, Bed Linens, Fan, Full Height Mirror, A/C. GUEST ACCESS Bedroom 1 & 2 only: *Shared Kitchen with Dine In Area *Shared Laundry: Washer/Dryer *Dedicated Guest Bathroom: includes Towels, hand soap, toiletries, cleaning supplies. Bedroom 3 -Garden Suite Our completely private suite is equipped with a full kitchen, coffee bar, washer/dryer, queen bed, bathroom and free parking for a comfortable stay. Take a 15 min scenic walk or a 5 min drive to local groceries and restaurants at Panorama Village.
