Juan Has an Apartment for Rent

A beautiful corner room, a block away from the beach at North Shore Park. Your room has bed, nightstands, Plasma Tv, Private Bathroom and walking closet with dresser. The apartment has all amenities and the building has pool and gym. You will have everything that you need in a ten block radius. There is a non refundable condo fee application of $100 for you background check and we ask for a $500 deposit that will be given back to you with a 30 days' notice of your departure. We also charge additional $100 for utilities (Electricity, hot water and internet). We are Juan & Kat, much in love, pure positive vibes. We are into spirituality, self help, wellness and real estate business. We also share our space with our two very cute cats "Lucy" and "Mini", Soooo cute!
