Ivy Has an Apartment for Rent

Looking for only a female roommate!! Hi! I have a bottom floor apartment. Its a single unfurnished bedroom that has its own private bathroom. It will be available to rent by mid-late july. It’s tucked back off of Karcher and midway. Utilities are included in rent. I have a basset hound that’s 4, she’s pretty mellow, well trained and protective. So no additional animals. I work at Trader Joe’s full time, typically work the am shift. That being said I am not up late at night. I enjoy making new friends, the outdoors, dogs, woodworking cleaning and cooking. Only looking for a female roommate, with no significant others or kids. There is someone occupying it atm or else I would take photos. Serious inquiries, contact me for any further questions.
