Jonelle Has a House for Rent

Stay with Jonelle, world traveler in a 100 year old house walking distance to the Santa Barbara Mission. The light-filled house has front and back yards, lovely stone porch from where to see ocean views. The room is large with a new queen bed, desk and chair. The living room has a stone fireplace, long couch and chairs to relax and read. Large kitchen comes fully stocked. While there is no formal dining room, there is a big table and chairs in the back garden. There are no pets, and the house is cleaned professionally after every guest. Please note, there is only one bathroom, though so far, that has not been an issue. There is plenty of street parking in a neighborhood that is safe and quiet. Walking distance to downtown Santa Barbara. Near several electric bike stations. I use non toxic natural soaps, detergents and cleaners so that people with sensitivities or allergies can be accommodated. Payment Information: * For week stays: Full payment must be received via Zelle or Venmo prior to arrival. * For month stays a $500 deposit is required in order to hold the room for the month. The balance of the month is required one day prior to arrival via Zelle or Venmo. Please email with any questions.
