This is a 2 bedroom apartment in a recently built luxury apartment building. We have a Rooftop with furniture and a party room with pool table to host gatherings. There is laundry in the building and finding street parking isn't a huge struggle. Neighbors are pretty cool with moderate noise. We have a good fast food spot downstairs and some hip cafes all around. The Gates Avenue Subway station (J/Z Trains) is a 3 min walk and plenty of bus stops are at a walkable distance. The room has a full closet on 1 wall, a large south facing window on another. It is equipped with a split AC unit and an in-room control switch. There is enough space to comfortably fit a Queen bed, a small work desk and a chair.
