Beautiful home with updated finishes. Loads of storage. Fenced back yard. Shared driveway. Shared kitchen. First floor half bath. Second floor file bath. Both shared. You will have a bedroom on second floor. You will have a living space on the third floor that can be your living room, office, etc. Utilities will be split I am in health care. I am often busy. I have an adult male dog (pit mix). He stays at home and uses the dog door to go in and out of the yard. He barks at times. He sleeps mostly. He loves people, less so other dogs. I am 34 and live a healthy lifestyle. I cook, exercise, and am frequently working on an art project, work project, or out adventuring. Would be happy to provide more info to anyone interested.
