Stephanie Has a House for Rent

I am renting out my very large, cabin-like family room, w/high ceilings, 8 foot windows & modern farmhouse decor. The room is set up as a studio, can be closed off from the rest of the house and has a separate entrance from the backyard! Room has desk w/ computer, printer, queen foam mattress and a wall of windows overlooking the backyard, flower garden & frog pond. Has a 32” smart TV with streaming apps and Xfinity cable. Kitchen and bath are shared. I am a 51 year old, professional female, and I own the a home. My roommate is in the master bedroom w/ her daughter (50% of the time). The bathroom will be shared with 1 person and the kitchen will be shared with 2.5 people.
