Hi everyone, me and my roommate Kevin Snow are looking for a 3rd roommate to fill up one of our rooms in our 3 Bed 2 Bath apartment. Someone who is clean, likes to hangout and is LGBTQIA+ friendly. It is a nice big gated community with lots of amenities like pool, car washing station, 24-hour gym, yoga room, activity room, free parking, outdoor kitchen with bbq grills etc. The community is right next to the Countryside Mall. The lease ends on August 31st, 2023 but we plan to renew it for another year. Rent for the room will be $899 + utilities like electricity, water and internet, the total comes out to be around $1050 depending on the utilities. Pets are allowed but with extra charges.
