Joyce Has a House for Rent

I’m retired though active with friends and family. Hate drama. I like my privacy, and respect others as well. I’m clean and organized, and that’s something I expect from my roommates. My thoughts are always to make my roommate’s life easier, so if you are running late and your laundry isn’t done drying, I am happy to take it out for you. Or having something on the stove for dinner when you come home. One hand washes the other and makes for a more peaceful dynamic. I like reading, sewing and doing anything creative. I’ve been accused of enabling my grandchildren and pets. I’m not admitting to anything. I just want whomever becomes a roommate to look at this space as her home and sanctuary as a former roommate once told me she felt every time she walked through the door.
