This property is in one of the most desired areas of Santa Rosa for its quiet community and easy access to Hwy 12 East; 30 Min to Sonoma, 40 to Napa, 2 hrs to Sacramento. 30 Minutes East of Bodega Bay. San Francisco is 1 hour south on the Hwy 101. The compound is quiet, well kept and a great community of tenants both home owners and renters. My unit is one of the most secluded bottom units but still in view of the pool, gym, and garage.
