Serena Has a House for Rent

Welcome to my cozy, quiet and SMOKE-FREE home. This clean modern two-story attached townhome is spacious and has 3 bedrooms with 3.5 baths. Only 2 of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are available for guest stays. First floor -Private bedroom ensuite -Kitchen/Dining - Living room -Half bath - Enclosed patio with BBQ grill -Two- car garage for private use Second floor - Guest bedroom and full bath -Den with workstation -Laundry room NOTE: I do live inside my house but upstairs during guests stays. Half of the time, I'm away. But if you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate conversing with me in person or by phone. PLEASE NOTE: All my beds have firm mattresses. But if there's an issue, then a good suggestion would be to check into a more suitable place to stay which meets your comfort. Please, no hair coloring in my home. I would like to keep my guests happy with clean beautiful white towels and bed linen. Erratic behavior and underage drinking are NOT tolerated in my home.
