My husband and I live in a quiet residential area about 24 miles from Philadelphia, adjacent to Valley Forge National Park. Our ranch-style home is one floor, excellent for avoiding stairs. Two bedrooms are available for guests. Guests share one bathroom. Other rooms are kitchen, dining room, family room, large covered deck overlooking in-ground pool. Our home is air-conditioned. Two cats are part of our household. We cannot accommodate guest pets.
