We live in South Florida, The County of Broward, in Fort Lauderdale Florida, Sunrise City, just 20 minute to the Fort Lauderdale Air Port, Miami Air Port, 35 minute to famous Miami and South Beach, the most popular touring area in florida. 12 minutes to famous Saw Gras Mill Mall, Outlet Shopping, Theater, School, Restaurants & Parks, Hocky Arena. 5 minutes to Sunrise Tennis Court. We are located in a suburb, well diverse town Surround by everything needed to enjoy a wonderful life. We are a small family, with a Small 4 leg family member Babee, pomeranian, She is a 8 lb. Dog. The Kitten, stay in my master suit all the time, Your Room will be a Medium size Private bedroom, equipped with a dresser, Desk, smart TV, Cable, Ceiling Fan, Desk lamp. The room is very well lit with a back yard view, located next to semi private Guess bath room, This is a full bath with a large mirror. If you are a Student or on a Extended Stay of a few months or more, we offer Use of Gym, Laundry areas at a reduced monthly small fee. This will accommodate your extended stay with us. We are a happy easy going Friendly Family, who like to bowl, Travel, Dance, Swim Gardening & sometime entertain Friend at family BBQ. We have a very beautiful Cozy home with Cathedral ceiling & a Swimming pool. We are a English speaking family but are open to learn new languages and different cultures.
