Hello! My mother is renting out a furnished downstairs bedroom in Palmdale, CA. It has a shared bathroom. Rent includes utilities and wireless internet. They have a big TV that you can enjoy. My mother also loves to cook. You will love her Filipino cooking. They both speak Tagalog. I come to visit on the weekends sometimes because I'm still in school. My major is in teaching English as a Second Language and Speech-Language Pathology. I have studied Japanese, Spanish, and Tagalog. Also, they have a dog that stays outside but comes inside once in a while to play. You'll love the place!
