Zahra Has a House for Rent

Hi there, We are renting a few rooms to students as short-term rental. We have a large house with 4 bedrooms. We are a very warm and friendly family; I live alone. We would be providing breakfast with each booking. There is also laundry available with internet access. The price you pay is all-inclusive of rent and utilities and we would be asking for full payment in cash upon the arrival and at the check-in time, unless your stay is more than 2 months, in that case we require payment of first and last month of rent at check-in time. Each month thereafter, payment would be due at the beginning of each month for that month's rent. As for myself, I work from home and I have a home-daycare, which operates from 8 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. The day-care is in the basement or first floor and the children stay there. The bedrooms are on the 2nd floor (or 3rd if you count the basement). As for my hobbies, I enjoy reading, playing instrument, going out for walks or socializing with my friends. I'm sure you'd have a great and comfortable stay at my house :) Please note that bookings less than 7 nights will not be accepted. Also, while I appreciate socializing with my guests at food time at table, I also enjoy having my personal space and it is expected of the guests to respect that and not interfere with my personal space :)
