About us: Albina is a retired psychologist, and Sergey is a computer engineer. We have a brand new house with all the amenities you need, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Currently we have a basement studio suite available. About Space: The basement suite is fully furnished (4K TV, towels, bedsheets, kitchen appliances, vacuum, ironing board), has two rooms, a separate entrance, shared bathroom, kitchen and laundry. Heated floors and proper air ventilation system. Price includes wifi and utilities for basement suite. The shared space also has two smaller fridges, one for each room instead of one large shared one. (Same fridge as in studio image. Photos will be updated soon). The basement studio has all the same amenities but is private.
