Looking for someone that doesn't work from home because I've got a large parrot that can be loud in the day. First-come, first-serve on-property parking or plenty of street parking out front. Located on a small ungated property in Pacoima. Very close to 210, 5, 118 & 170 freeways, bus stop is 400 feet from front door. Metrolink train accessable from the City of San Fernando & Burbank. You’d just be sharing the house with myself (adult male), 1 large parrot & 1 small dog. No other animals (with exceptions for birds, reptiles & rodents). Renting to an individual only. LGBTQ friendly. Minimum lease is 3 months. 1-month security.
