THIS A ONE ROOM SUITE, private entrance, private bath WITH FRIDGE, MICROWAVE, TOASTER, NO KITCHEN. Thank you for exhibiting common courtesies when requesting to stay in someone's home. I am legally exempt from hosting service animals because this is my private home, I live here and am allergic. I would be in contact with allergens that effect my health, safety and wellbeing. Please respect that. I maintain a pet free and scent free accommodation. This wonderful place to stay is in a private home, in a lovely neighborhood in a very nice town. You will have an elegant, well appointed large room with a Private entrance and Private bathroom with a lake view . The room has a fridge, toaster and microwave. Sliding glass entry doors gives you full view of the lake and all its wildlife. A large walk in closet provides lots of storage space and I provide everything you need to go to the beach: towels, umbrella, beach mats and a small cooler. You will have wifi / internet connection. I provide a Roku TV that has a selection of free options. Please bring your passcodes for services such as Netflix or Amazon prime to use through the Roku TV. I do not have cable TV. I find most travelers stream their favorites on their personal devices or the Roku TV. In the room you will find a binder full of helpful information to make your trip great. Sites to see, places to eat etc. I have been hosting since 2013 and am a 5 star host on another site. I have some snacks in the room for my valued guests , there is also tea, instant coffee, plus all those little things that make you feel like you are home in your own house. After you book, I provide all the information you need to arrive with ease. I am close to the beaches, PGA Innisbrook golf course, many ALF's ( Stratford Court, Coral oaks, etc) where loved ones may be living. I am the perfect launching point for your Florida vacation. My home is quiet, peaceful and I do not have pets. Hospitality is my gift. I hope to see you soon! * Please note I can not accommodate service animals/pets or infants/small children. How Homestay works: Guests pay 15% of the total amount online as a booking fee to Homestay (minimum booking fee may apply) to secure their booking. The host receives the balance of the total amount.This host takes 50 % as a deposit via paypal, and paid as "friends and family " so there is no fees. If this is not chosen., the guest will pay any paypal fees. The balance is paid in cash upon arrival. The deposit is refundable if a cancellation happens 7 days before the reservation. Less than that and the deposit is not refundable.
