My home is located in a beautiful, convenient and very safe neighborhood, walking distance to coffee, trendy restaurants & bars, pharmacies and Supermarket. You have the entire place to yourself, including a bedroom, a living room and a bathroom with private entrance. Your space is completely private and separated from the rest of the house. Your bedroom is concealed with two large artisan sliding barn doors. It's meant to surround you with a Zen living space. 15 minutes to Disneyland and nearby beaches (Newport, Laguna and Balboa Island). 10 minutes to John Wayne (Santa Ana) airport. 18 minutes to Anaheim Conventions Center. Costco and Wholefoods are in the neighborhood. Close to major highways 405, 5 and 55.
