Suzanne And Brad Has a House for Rent

Our home is on the Roanoak Sound on an Island called "Pond Island" that is on the causeway a mile and a half from the beach, halfway between Jennett's Pier at the Beach in Nags Head, NC, and Pirates Cove which is on Roanoke Island. We have 4 levels with the 3rd level having 3 bedrooms each with a full bathroom, that we rent out. We live on the 2nd level. The top level is a giant open room that is a Kitchen, living, dining etc. with a 360-degree view of the water. There is also an additional half bath near the common area. Yes, we have an elevator for use by those who need it. There are 6 decks on the house and a dock. We have 3 tandem Kayaks and a single for use at no cost. If you have a boat, you can launch it a mile or so away, or keep it at the dock. The beach is just a mile and a half away with lots of free parking, paved lots, fresh water to rinse off etc.
