I keep my house peaceful for all my guests, I’ve 5 star ratings on a different platform. My previous traveling healthcare staff who have come through here have become friends and they keep in touch with me regularly. I’ve given them 5 star ratings well for being decent humans who respect others and my home. Sorry, NONE OF YOUR GUESTS ARE ALLOWED for the safety of other guests. NO EXCEPTIONS. Bookings for someone else is not allowed. I keep my house clean and sanitized. Shoes are not allowed in the house especially with the advent of Covid-19. Floors and bathrooms are sanitized weekly including hallway and bathroom assigned to you. $250 deposit for bedroom keys are held until all keys are turned over. HAND-WASHING is a must especially after bathroom use. Light switches, door knobs, fridge handles, often-used areas are sprayed with Lysol regularly. The guest room is a basement bedroom in a 5-bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood. Window ac unit is provided in the summer. My home is clean and clutter-free with free Wi-Fi access. Washer/dryer in the basement available for use by staying guests once a week. We are a smoke-free home. My neighbors are either teachers or nurses, and are friendly but keep pretty much to themselves. Adirondack chairs are available both on the porch and in the backyard. New Jersey and Delaware beaches are 1.25h away. We are 7 mi away from Jefferson Hospital, 6 mi away from Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia; 3.7 mi to Lankenau Hospital; 1.5 to Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital; 1.2 mi to Delaware County Memorial Hospital.
