Audra Has a House for Rent

My husband and I share a beautiful waterfront home in a new boating community. Our home is located in an unincorporated city called Bethel Island. The lovely island is centrally located with easy access to San Francisco, Napa, Dublin, San Ramon and Oakland. Melvin and I have love boating, kayaking and watching the sunset from our paddle boards. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths to share. We have built an in-law quarters on the property with a separate entrance for ourselves. We are seeking guests to occupy a Master Suite with a private ensuite bath and private balcony, a second bedroom with a comfy queen bed, and a third room with a comfy twin bed with a pull-out trundle. All rooms are located on the second floor and include an HD ROKU TV. Our guests will have access to the entire home, the paddle-boards and Kayaks. In addition, to sharing this lovely home with us. You will have unlimited access to Island Camp. Island Camp has an olympic size pool, hot tub, full gym, yoga studio and so much more.
