Jess Has a House for Rent

I'm looking for a female roommate to rent out one of the spare bedrooms in my 3 bedroom house. You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom, the bathroom isn't attached but it is right next to the bedroom door. I do have 2 cats, so I hope you're an animal lover! Because of that, though, I'm looking for someone who won't need to bring any pets with them. I prefer someone who is more on the quiet/professional side and won't have a lot of people over. The house is fully furnished but you'll need to furnish your bedroom if you move in. The first month's rent is due at the move, and utilities will be separate and discussed when we meet.
