Sleep comfortably in our luxurious guest suite, located in a safe, gated community with upscale villas. Enjoy your own private bath with premium, organic bath essentials, a large TV with streaming apps, and dedicated workspace with blazing fast internet. Also, a COMPLIMENTARY wine welcomes you :) *** Your room *** We have 3 rooms/suites that we privately rent out. All rooms come with Royal Italian style bed frame featuring a super comfortable king (or queen) size mattress, with custom designed premium quality bedsheets, and multiple large pillows for a deluxe sleeping experience. A large working desk with chair, a night stand and two side lamps are also provided in the room in addition to a bright, stylish roof light. The room comes with blazing fast WiFi so you always remain connected, and phone chargers compatible for all devices. Enjoy movies and other entertainment on your private, large TV with streaming apps located within your suite. The suite has a dedicated key and also comes with a large walk-in closet and plenty of storage space for your bags and belongings. We have central heating and cooling in the house. *** Bathroom *** The private bathroom is conveniently attached to your bedroom which has an exquisite shower setup with sturdy glass doors, handmade tile work, and a considerably large shower head, along with a handheld body spray jet . Enjoy aromatic, organic body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and body lotion provided in the bathroom, along with multiple sets of custom-made luxurious pure cotton bath and hand towels. We also have supplies of mouthwash liquids along with disposable cups and a First Aid kit. We have also stocked your bathroom with a few extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, incase you forgot to pack yours. A single sink, mirror, hair dryer and turntable lighting finish up the bathroom along with a toilet equipped with a handheld bidet spray, plus an ample supply of premium toilet paper. *** About the hosts *** Both me (Saiman) and my wife, Anusha respect the space, privacy and comfort of our guests. If our guests wish to socialize with us, we are always open to spending time with them. Once in a while, we do invite our guests to dine with us and share the food we've cooked. We have had amazing conversations over food and drinks, and are some of our most cherished memories. We both are engineers and work at two of the top self-driving and robotics companies in the world. Oh, and also... you'll get a complimentary bottle of wine as a welcome gift from us :) *** Neighborhood, Area and Parking *** Our neighborhood is very quiet and extremely safe since it is located within a gated community, with upscale, estate-style villas around. You are welcome to park on our large driveway, or use one of the several free parking spots within the community right next to the community. Parking has never been an issue for any of our guests. You can hear the birds chirping in the morning; enjoy coffee in the back yard or on our patio enjoying spectacular views of the San Francisco bay; Guests have commented that "the view is the best they've ever seen!" They sometimes wish they had more time to enjoy the outside seating and natural feel - we even saw one guest painting a watercolor of the expansive view. We are sure you won't regret choosing our home! *** Backyard and Patio *** We encourage you to use our large patio space facing the San Francisco Bay waters, which features spectacular view of sunsets behind the mountains, vast expanse of Silicon Valley and the beautiful landscape full of historic grand Oak trees more than 200 years old. We have a swing, an outdoor couched seating area with a cozy fire pit and a large dining table set up in a romantic outdoor Italian/French bistro-style setting. *** Guest Pantry *** You will have access to a guest pantry in our common area, complete with a drip coffee machine, and a French press with premium Starbucks coffee and teas ready to brew, some creamers, and a hot water kettle. We have a dedicated refrigerator and microwave for guests in the pantry as well. Feel free to use the disposable plates and silverware we have stocked there as well. *** Kitchen - No Access *** We do not allow main kitchen access to our guests to cook full meals by themselves. *** Home Gym *** You are welcome to use our home gym in our garage, with basic exercise equipment. We have weights, and a multi-use resistance machine. Please note that we bear no responsibilities for any injuries that might occur while working out. *** Entry/Exit *** We issue app-based virtual key to the main gate that lets you access the property at any time, and code/fingerprint based access to the front door of the house. *** Footwear Policy *** In the interest of hygiene, please note that we strictly do not allow footwear that is worn outdoors inside the house, so we request guests to leave their footwear at the door. Neither hosts nor guests are allowed to wear footwear inside the house. This helps us keep the cleaning fees low, and the place pristine, benefiting everyone. You are, however encouraged to wear indoor slippers which have never been worn outside the house. *** No pets *** Since hosts are allergic to a variety of animals, no pets of any kind are allowed on the property, with no exceptions. *** No smoking or vaping *** This home is located in a private gated community with upscale homes. The community has a strict no smoking policy within the premises. We therefore prohibit smoking or vaping of any kind inside the home, on the property, as well as within the limits of the private gated community. *** No children under 12 years old *** Please avoid booking this property if you are bringing children under 12 years of age. *** No Visitors or Guests other than those on reservation *** Since this is a private suite in a shared home, we only allow the guests that are on your reservation onto the property. Any visitors or guests other than those on your reservation are strictly not allowed to be on the property for any amount of time. *** No parties/events/loud noises *** Please do not do anything that will result in loud noises and disturbances to the residents of the house or neighbors. These specially include large gatherings, parties and events, irresponsible use of volume on the TV, or any other acts that cause loud sounds and inconvenience to others in the house. *** Unreasonably Frequent and Late Entry and Exits *** We strive to allow 24 hour check-in and check outs and do not impose curfews for guests to enter or exit the home at any point in time. However, entering and exiting the home too frequently (more than 3 times) especially between 10 pm and 7 am will lead to disturbance to hosts, our other guests and neighbors, so we request that you be reasonable with your entry and exits to the home accordingly.
