Nick Has a House for Rent

I have a room for rent that has a private bathroom, thermostat, can be fully furnished with dresser, bed, nightstand, and TV, and it has a walk in closet. There's also a fitness room on the same floor. Looking for a female roommate as I have a little girl (50/50 custody). I have a black lab named Lucy that doesn't bark much except when she's hearing something outside or someone rings the door bell. I have an alarm system and will be installing cameras outside even though the area is very quiet. I WILL be moving the drum set and guitars before move-in as well as remodeling the bathroom. I don't play instruments like I used to so you don't have anything to worry about there. I have a tankless hot water heater so as long as we have power, we'll never run out of hot water lol. I have an all in one washer and dryer so you can dump a load at night and it will be done by morning (or in the morning before work). I like to have people over from time to time but I'm not a huge party animal. I usually keep a pretty picked up house but keeping up with an 8 year old can be challenging sometimes haha. I can also possibly help move in/out depending on timing because I have a truck, enclosed trailer, and special dollys.
