You'll love the in-ground pool and above-ground hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Our open-concept home boasts 2,200 square feet, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, along with a large kitchen, living room, and dining room space. The neighborhood is upscale and peaceful, with quick access to HWY 202 for an easy work/school commute. You'll also be just minutes away from various dining and shopping venues, a 5-minute walk to Mesa Community College, and a 20-minute drive from PHX airport. Downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale are also just 30 minutes away. Currently, we have two male roommates and a friendly dog. We're looking for someone who is responsible, respectful, and tidy to join our household.
