Katie Has a House for Rent

Hi! My Partner(M36) and I(F30) are looking to sublease the bottom half of the house we rent. It's a finished basement with 2 small bedrooms and a large living room space. The space has its own entrance, extra storage, and a half bath. We are asking for 1200 a month, which is a flat rate including all utilities. It's available as soon as Jan 1st. This is an appx date. We have a large dog that is a bit nervous at first but warms up quickly and two cats who are very sweet. There is a door at the bottom of the stairs to keep the animals separate from the space if desired. We have a large yard that we would separate with fencing to keep our dog to her own side. There is a patio space downstairs for you to use as well. Shared spaces would be the kitchen. (we have two fridges and chest freezer with plenty of panty space.) Main upstairs bathroom. (This is where you would shower as the downstairs shower is broken. I use this bathroom for baths and to bathe our dog occasionally, and my partner has some bathroom stuff in there) And laundry room. (This is downstairs, and we would schedule days for us to do our laundry so your space isn't getting invaded without warning.) My partner and I are both more introverted and like to keep to ourselves, but I love to plan a game or dinner night with friends occasionally. My partner works from home and is a home body I am out of the house most of the week and occasionally travel. We both play video games, hike, kayak, and camp during the summer. We do not drink often or smoke but are 420 friendly. We prefer others who do not drink too much or partake in drugs or party at home. Quiet times here are from 10 pm to 6 am.
