I'll like to meet in person to check out the room this upcoming September 16-23 week 2024, thanks!🥰 Currently need to find a room for rent ASAP, our PadSplit room membership was terminated and they want us to move out ASAP from West Dennis drive & Gaines Mill road, Bailey/Gainesville GA. The host of the house shutting down this shared housing. Monthly budget for room's renting with everything included up to 8 hundred, but less will be better, currently got no deposit, but I can make weekly payments during the first month, I basically get pay daily end of day. Not looking for luxury living or fancy, just a place to rest, eat, relax, take showers, do laundry, quiet, no smoking, no drama. I'm a digital nomad on design drafting 3d modeling, also local on-demand gigs apps personal shopper, delivering food, retail and groceries. Clean background, driving record, nonsmoker, hardly drink or party or go out, was married for sixteen years , single parent for seventeen, now single not interested in relationships, I only go on outdoorsy Meetup group activities weekly or monthly looking for new friends. Into cycling, hiking, yoga, meditation, gamer, music, movies, the outdoors, I keep to myself, but I'm social when the vibes are positive and drama free. No vehicle at the moment, I want to remain nearby between Central Gainesville and New Holland, I'm currently working New Holland's Krogers & Publix shopping centers riding my bicycles, doing small short distance orders and shopping only orders using UPS Roadie, Instacart, UberEATS, GrubHub, Doordash. I'm making between a thousand, fifteen hundred, three thousand monthly, affordability is better now with just room rent, cellphone and groceries. Planning to turn my bicycles into ebikes with cargo racks and insulated food bags, later on I'll get into a used cheap EV to do the on-demand courier work. Might need help moving into to your room, but my current roommates might help me, just got my belongings, some small electronics and two bicycles.
