Alfred is Looking for an Apartment to Rent

I am a very kind, considerate, caring, compassionate and respectful person. I am also very neat, organized and clean and not just saying so. Of course I could claim or say anything here but actions always speak much louder than words themselves and you never know somebody until you actually live with them. I'm just hoping and praying to live with someone who has good morals, standards and no real bad habits.
