In short, I am separated, and we are currently nesting, meaning that we have a place where we reside but it's main function is to provide a sense of permanence for our kids (aka, that is their home).
Now that a bit of time has passed, I am looking to continue nesting, but with a bit more separation... and this is where you come in. Proximity is key to me, and your location is about a 5 to 20 minutes drive to my kids, and given that we are still going to be nesting, I would only be sleeping in the room about 4 nights a week on average.
I love staying active (hiking, rollerblading, soccer) and movies, and can enjoy both a great documentary and an over the top action film just as much. I maily tend to read nonfiction, and as far as my creative outlets, I am a musician in love with playing guitar. I enjoy drawing in pastels and charcoal (meaning to get back to this), and I do portrait and personal branding photography on the side... btw, I am looking to revamp my website, and I am currently offering free professional photo sessions in case you are interested. Beyond this, know that I am clean, quiet, responsible, and very considerate, as well as very pleasant to be around (not my words, just people who know me).
Lastly, note that I should be able to cover 2 to 3 months in advance, in case that is a concern.
