am currently looking for a place to stay while attending college, and my main goal is to find something that is both affordable and practical for my daily routine. Since I plan on balancing school, work, and personal responsibilities, it is important for me to live somewhere that is close enough to campus to avoid long and expensive commutes. At the same time, I need a living situation 8that fits within a reasonable budget, which is why I am strongly considering sharing an apartment or renting a room with a roommate. Splitting rent and utility costs would make it much easier for me to manage my expenses while still saving money for other important needs such as transportation, food, and school supplies.

I'm transferring to FSU this Fall for my BA in Theatre. I'm just looking for a nice place with nice people. I'm not super strict on messiness, volume, or guest as long as it just doesn't become a problem. And I would respect your boundaries the same as I'd want you to respect mine. I'd prefer to room with someone that's nice and friendly. Someone I could be friends with. Someone that's just good company. Although, I do understand if you're not the kind of person that wants to be friends with your roommates.
