As you enter you will see a warm 10 foot ceiling space with industrial and lavish finishes. The air quality and temperature of the house is perfect. You will feel welcome and right at home. We want our guests to feel safe and comfortable. My partner and I live in our house and are available to answer any questions you may have. If you are exploring the city and would like activity or restaurant suggestions, we are here to help. If you would rather have a quiet stay, we are discreet and respectful. We offer a spacious bedroom with clean lines and off-white finishes that create a simple zen. The sparking clean bathroom is finished with large wall mirror. Our house is located by the city core. The TTC streetcar stop is down the street, which is a few stops away from Yonge-Dundas Square and the subway line 1.

The bedrooms are separated by a living room between them and respects the privacy between 2 bedrooms which is quite rare to find. The condo has centralized heating/cooling. It’s located on the First floor so one can easily take stairs without waiting for elevators which is such a relief if you don't know. It has all the amenities steps away, like Centerpoint mall, Galleria supermarket, tons of restaurants and finch station are all close by. Walk score or transit score is very high. Night life is very active in this area. I'm a fitness coach and a technology professional who likes to learn about different cultures and respects everyone regardless of the background.

My home is strategically located at the heart of Scarborough just a walking distance from the malls and bus terminals. It is basically a 2-storey stack house type and I am at the top part. It has 2 bedrooms with 1 shared bathroom and 1 shared kitchen. The other bedroom that I am offering for a potential guest is ideal for a single occupant. It has a single-size bed, a study table, chair, side table with lampshade and a closet. My home is a very quiet place to dwell in considering that I am living alone and most of the time I am either out for work or resting in my bedroom. Guest could cook and do laundry as needed. Restaurants also available nearby.

I and my partner live in our own house in the east end of Toronto and we love hosting people from all over the world. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood, 10-12 min walk (or 2 bus stops) to Woodbine subway station, less than 30 min to downtown by public transit, and steps away from a big ravine park. We are 30 min away from ILAC and Access, 38min from LSI, and 40 min from Kaplan language schools. We host 3 people at our house at all times - mostly international students and young professionals. Our guests have access to a full guest kitchen (with dishes, pots, pans, coffee makers and everything you need for cooking), living/dining area and a shower. Everyone gets their own space in the fridge, a kitchen cabinet and a space in the bathroom to store their stuff. A professional cleaner comes once a week to clean common areas. I'm graphic designer and illustrator, Jordan is an IT guy, both working from home (but you won't see us much unless you need us). We love traveling, photography, people, and authentic conversations. Apart and together we've traveled to China, Japan, Thailand, Russia, Ukraine, Germany, France, Belgium, the UK, Holland, Spain, Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Canada, the US, Mexico, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador, and Argentina. We are living mid town core is about 15 minutes drive to downtown , by taking TTC transportation it will take you within 15-25 mins depends on the traffic as well as the car . My family we love home cook meals , we go out for dinner for special occasions like birthday. We have lovely two boys ages 11& 19 yrs old. My husband and I are both full time worker. We are simple living ,kind and good attributes. Basement apartment description: one bedroom plus den for luggage storages in semi detached and shared back door. There are nearby such a as Mediterranean and Caribbean foods and convienent stores. The place is smoke free and pet free. NOTE: The basement is low ceiling basement with windows, good for people has 5 feet and 7 inch and below Note : Laundry is not included , coin laundry few steps away from the house.
