New to Anchorage and am looking for a job at the moment, trying to find anything I can but havent had luck yet. Roommates trying to leave this month by 31st or few days after so trying to find something right away. College has been taking most of my money so I'm very limited rn.

I am a male 23yo. I want a personal room, and a open common area, I dont intend in being in anyone's lives, I just want a personal space I can call mine, until I am able to live on my own. I am sensitive to noise but I dont mind music, I think I might be autistic? so I rather live someone with no kids, or pets, although I am a cat person, for now I just would rather keep my door open. I feel closetphobic with it closed I work full time, and will pay on time, and will clean after myself. I dont drink, smoke, or do anything, other than on occasion, however I am just focused on moving on my own as soon as I can. I am a very non obtrusive person, but I am weird, so although I would keep to myself I am not a typical person, if you want a roommate you can hang out with that would not be me, I prefer to be by myself, and do everything on my own. I would just sleep, eat, and use the bathroom, and use the tv for when I eat. I work late, so ill be there only between 12am to 3pm. I dont want to live with cameras, and I rather live with people who work during the morning. I realize it sounds very antisocial, but I promise I am not rude lol, I am actually very nice, but I just dont like meeting new people. And it doesnt beat the autism allegations lol but I eat consistently at 1pm and 12:40am, so if you do anything during that time in the kitchen I rather not. I cook quickly but I dont like spectators/j.

I get along real easy and work things ut and easy to work things out and don't brother me if gay or not

I have recently earned my bachelor's degree in the International Relations field and I'll might look for continuing of my academic journey in the US for doing master's, however this might take quite time once I settle in the US. My professional background is being an IT specialist, with mainframe middleware technology experience. I have been working in this field for 5 years in the Czech Republic, I had a privilege to work in the IBM Corporation in the past and now I continue working in the Czech branch of US based Kyndryl Holdings company as mainframe middleware specialist. However, as I will be moving out of the Czech Republic, I will need some time in the US to land new employment. As part of my immigration process, I will be (hopefully) granted permanent residence status through a green card, allowing me to access US banking services, establish credit and start working in the country. However, the administrative processing can take a few months after my arrival to the US, therefore I won't be able to present neither green card nor US credit or bank account upon the arrival to the US. I am currently seeking short-term accommodation that would enable me to settle in the US, enabling me to complete necessary paperwork, find a job and maybe join a college to build on my educational experiences by pursuing higher degree of study. As I won't have all documents ready when arriving to the US (Green card, social security number, US bank account nor US credit score), I am prepared to pay upfront for a few months of rent to prove my ability to satisfy my rent obligations.
