I do not mind smoking or alcohol in the home however I'm not one for parties and loud environments. I'm in the gym a lot and I do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Big fan of cafes, studying partners and being outside. I have two pet spiders that stay in terrariums so if spiders aren't your thing that's okay too. They are incredibly fragile so I try to keep my home quiet and relaxing after a long day. I'm also on the hunt to get my substitute teacher licensing between classes as a side gig and I volunteer at an animal shelter on the weekends.

Im clean and will help out with joint groceries if thats what we do. My cat is super nice and loves to just cuddle. She would be fine with caged animals and dogs as long as the dog is good with cats. Clean up after my self and try to keep community spaces clean as long as the other person helps.
