I'm looking for a room to rent in a house/condo/townhouse very soon. I'm very laid back, get along with just about anyone, and I keep my living space very clean. I don't have any pets or kids that will be living with me. I'm currently self employed but also actively seeking full time employment. Hopefully remote so I can work from home. I love to go out and have fun with friends at the casino or at a concert but I also really enjoy staying in and making dinner and relaxing at home. I am looking to relocate to arizona. I have a fifteen year old, but she's only with me for a month during the summer and on vacations. I am looking for a place for 6 months to a year until I find my own apartment. I have one cat. I do smoke but I can smoke outside only is not a problem, I have all my own furniture. But I can use a storage until I get my own apartment. I am looking to move asap within the next month or two
