hello, Im looking to move july 1st. I am looking for single occupancy, i work in property management near bay & wellesley. i am clean, respectful and responsible, never paid rent late, never caused damage n treat other property with decency n respect. no parties no noise problems. I have 2 cats w me who r well trained & i understand mostly people don't want pets on their property due to potential damages but i promise that would never happen. if you can share the location so i can check commute id really appreciate. cats might be a reason you'll say no but im so close to my move out date i can assure you cats would never cause any trouble on ur property. id also like to confirm the entire space is private or bathroom kitchen is shared?. i really appreciate it. thankyou. -Rupali
