This is a three bedroom townhouse located in Scarborough, Ontario. The furnish 1 bedroom basement with private washroom, living space and kitchenette is available for homestay guest. There is no private entrance to basement. Main entrance is shared with host. I have three grown children, one of whom lives with me with two (2) small Shih Tzu puppies. Please do not request if you’re not ok with dogs, even though it’s a completely separate space I'm looking to host ‘International homestay only to exchange some international experience while hosting. Payment for period of stay is due immediately upon arrival. A 50% security deposit is also required. LAUNDRY is NOT included! Access to Laundromat is less than 10 mins away! Check in before noon hour on Weekdays!
