Unfurnished room to accommodate all your belongings + (4x4) organized closet with hanging bar, upper and lower shelf. For additional size references, the current roommate has in the room a queen size bed + a 2-seater sofa + a long/large wardrobe. Everything was renovated in a modern style when we moved in. The apartment is equipped with a washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, instant pot ultra, Air fryer etc.
After many years together, our roommate is leaving, so we are looking for a good long-term candidate to be our 3rd (12+ months only).
We are in a nice, quiet, family-friendly neighborhood near Rockland Center, Central Market, Cinema, etc.
We are looking for a clean, calm and respectful person who will not harm our exemplary relationship with our neighbors/landlord and in return you will get clean, calm and respectful roommates who have never partied in all the years spent here and who always listen to everything on our headphones so as not to disturb the other.

You will be a 30 second walk from a Canada Post branch and the Italian grocery store L'Intermarché at the end of our street instead of the usual overpriced convenience stores. Of course, you'll also be close to Rockland Center and Marche Central and all it has to offer, including the new Walmart & Costco which you'll have access to with our shared membership if you're not already a member yourself of course.
30 sec walk to both ends of our street from 3 buses: 146,54,19 (quickly joins Crémazie metro).
3 min walk from Chabanel station and bus 135 (also joins Crémazie metro).
5 minute walk to bus 55 (joins [north] Henri-Bourassa metro, [south] De Castelnau and St-Laurent metro) and reaches Miles End & Mont Royal (15-20 stop), Downtown, etc.
Gare Ahuntsic, Gare Chabanel and Bus 179,365 also nearby, so getting around is a breeze and stress free and if you drive instead, quick access to highways 15 and 40.
Also close to Promenade Fleury. Several parks around, if you want to go for a walk. Like Park Jarry, Henri-Julien and St. Simon Apotre 2 min walk which also host festivities in summer with cool fireworks.

Chambre non meublée pour accueillir toutes vos affaires + (4x4) placard organisé avec barre de suspension, étagères supérieur et inférieure. Pour les références de taille supplémentaires, le coloc actuel a dans la chambre un lit grandeur queen + un divan 2 place + une longue/large armoire. Tout a été rénové dans un style moderne lorsque nous avons emménagé. L'appartement est équipé d'une laveuse, sécheuse, réfrigérateur, cuisinière, micro-ondes, grille-pain, instant pot ultra, Air fryer etc.
Après plusieurs années ensemble, notre colocataire part, donc nous recherchons un bon candidat à long terme pour être notre 3ème (12 mois et+ seulement).
Nous sommes dans un beau quartier calme et familial près de Rockland Center, Marché Central, Cinéma, etc.
Nous recherchons une personne propre, calme et respectueuse qui ne nuira pas à notre relation exemplaire avec nos voisins/propriétaire et en retour, vous obtiendrez des colocataires propres, calmes et respectueux qui n'ont jamais fait la fête pendant toutes les années passées ici et qui écoutent toujours tout sur nos écouteurs pour ne pas déranger l'autre.

Vous serez à 30 secondes à pied d'une succursale de Postes Canada et de l'épicerie italienne L'Intermarché au bout de notre rue au lieu des dépanneurs hors de prix habituels. Bien sûr, vous serez également près du centre Rockland et du Marche Central et de tout ce qu'il a à offrir, y compris le nouveau Walmart & Costco auquel vous aurez accès avec notre adhésion partagée si vous n'êtes pas déjà membre vous-même bien sûr.
30 sec à pied aux deux extrémités de notre rue de 3 bus: 146,54,19 (rejoint rapidement métro Crémazie).
3 min à pied de la gare Chabanel et du bus 135 (rejoint également métro Crémazie).
5 minutes à pied du bus 55 (rejoint [au nord] métro Henri-Bourassa, [au sud] métro De Castelnau et St-Laurent) et atteint Miles End & Mont Royal (15-20 stop), Centre Ville, etc.
Gare Ahuntsic, Gare Chabanel et Bus 179,365 aussi a proximité, donc se déplacer est une brise et sans stress et si vous conduisez à la place, accès rapide aux autoroutes 15 et 40.
À proximité aussi des Promenade Fleury. Plusieurs Parcs aux alentours, si vous avez envie d'aller vous promener. Comme le parc Jarry, Henri-Julien et St. Simon Apotre à 2 min à pied qui accueillent également des festivités en été avec des feux d'artifice sympas.
