Current Occupants: Two of the five rooms are currently occupied… Room 1: quiet college college student (two cats & one large dog) Room 2: a couple in their 60s (us - the owners) intermittently onsite (one small dog) Room 3: currently unoccupied Room 4: currently unoccupied Room 5: currently unoccupied Current Occupant Plans: Hopefully, all 5 rooms will be occupied by the end of May. Only one more dog will be allowed. Home Division: The main floor is 2,150 square feet and is SHARED living (PRIVATE rooms with COMMON spaces) which is part of the rental listed. The basement is currently a storage area and will eventually be the owner’s residence. Renters do not have access to the basement. Dynamics of the home: There are 5 PRIVATE rooms on the main floor in a large SHARED home just outside of Lansing on 10 acres. The main floor has a 2,150-square-foot living space. The Great Room has two turtles that live in a large low-tech tank. The home's entrances and each private room are secured with key-code locking doors; codes are unique to each tenant. Parking is available off-street and is free. There is a strict no-smoking policy inside or within 25 feet of the premises
