I (34F) live in the home on the downstairs level. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs and I'm looking to fill 2! I have furnishings for two rooms and each occupant will have their own private bathroom. There is linen storage upstairs and the option to rent an unfurnished room for an agreed upon price. I have two cats and some reptiles (all secured). My kitchen has just about anything you might need minus an air fryer! My back yard is available for lounging and has a heated pool. My space is rather feminine, but I am open to male occupants. Preference for no large animals since the upstairs is newly recarpeted. I am a teacher and work full time.
