It's located within the fenced backyard of a family home (2 adults, 2 small dogs) in the historic Cleveland-Holloway neighborhood. Utilities (electricity and water) and WIFI are INCLUDED in the rent. You don't have to worry about other people in the apartment complex waking you up. There are no other apartments. You have the building to yourself! Note that this apartment was originally designed for one human. ** The bed is a FULL, not a queen or bigger. ** TV screens have been installed in the kitchen/living room and in the bedroom for your enjoyment.
